30 Days of Thanksgiving: Day 30

Today I am grateful for do-overs.

With that being said, I'm grateful for what I've learned here and all I've met and have come to know thanks to this little space on the web but something has changed about me - I've been inconsistent, sporadic and non-committal for a while. I had my reasons a while back but my heart has changed - along with it, so will my space.

Starting tomorrow, I will no longer be writing over here. Starting sometime next year, I will be hosting on a new page under a new name - with a fresh start and more hope for the future of my blog. I have lots of plans and ideas in a space that fits - me - better. That's what it is about, isn't it? Finding what works for you and what doesn't. And creating a space that is true to yourself and welcoming to others.

So for the month of December,  I won't be posting here anymore. I'll be creating my new space, making plans and coming up with fun things to share and create. My hope is those who still read this little blog will come on over to the new space as well. If you don't, that's okay too. I want people to WANT to be a part of my space. I'm not interested in #s - just relationship. If only a handful follow my blog, I will be thankful.

So there it is. My last post. My thank you to all of you who have shaped and molded me into what I am today and for the support you've offered. I hope to give back just a little of what I received in the future. I will post the name of my new blog and link once it's up and running - and ready for viewers.

Shalom to all you and here's to being whole-hearted and embracing change.

in peace, Stephanie

30 Days of Thanksgiving: Day 29

November 29 - Today I'm thankful to have seen my baby for the first time yesterday. To watch him/her kick and stretch and move - at one point, the baby looked right at us. What an amazing, amazing feeling - seeing my baby. This little tiny person inside of me, growing and moving. I'm so in love and so beyond happy.

PS- stay tuned tomorrow for a special announcement.

30 Days of Thanksgiving

November 27 - I'm thankful for the brothers who took the time to record the Daily Bible - to be able to LISTEN to the Word has been more powerful than in all my years of reading it. I'm thankful for the Word and the affirmation that my confidence is in Christ alone and nothing can take that from me.

November 28 - I'm thankful for this baby and all the little milestones (starting to show, ultrasounds) to take my mind off stressful things. Actually - it's not that I'm thinking of stressful things because honestly, those stresses are old news to me, but rather this baby gives me something to feel ecstatic about when I could dive into another pit of sadness. Thank the Lord of growth and for giving me this child.

30 Days of Thanksgiving

November 21 - I'm thankful for slow days at work. It's nice being able to get things done.

November 22 - I'm thankful for a husband who will drive the full 12 hours to IL because he knows how much I hate driving.

November 23 - I'm thankful for a wonderful day and dinner with my in-laws. It was a great day of rest, preparing, eating and just being together.

November 24 - I'm thankful for electric blankets - oh my gosh. They are wonderful and totally helped with my leg pain.

November 25 - I'm thankful for yummy leftover turkey sandwiches that my mother in law prepared for our long drive back. And I'm thankful to have a pup who does so well in the car. He slept most of the way home and wanted lots of cuddles.

November 26 - I'm thankful for companies that care about our health and are trying to do things to remove the toxins in our home.

30 Days of Thanksgiving: Day 20

November 20th - Today I am grateful for doctors who actually listen and care when their patients come to them with concerns. I'm thankful for those who don't dismiss pain and fatigue that has been occuring for over 3 years but encourage me to pursue answers. I'm grateful for my chiropractor & my primary doctor for the support they've shown and advocating they have done for me.
